We had a great time at Junction City's Scandinavian Fest this month and we look forward to next year.
"I'd say it was a big success," said Jeremy Hyland, the farm chef. "We got lots of good feedback about the menu and enjoyed being part of the local community in a new way."
We made Swedish Kroppkakor, which are Swedish Sausage Potato Dumplings, served with Lingonberry Jam, Sour Cream, and Dill and Green Onions. They were stuffed with pork sausage raised on the farm, and served along with local BNF kombucha and real-sugar Cokes. Next year we look forward to adding another menu item.
