Bundles and Recipes for YOU!

We are starting to bundle products in our store for easier shopping, along with recipe ideas to help inspire you for the week's cooking.


The week's bundle comes to $67.50 and we provided three different recipes that would feed approximately 4 servings each. If you made 12 meals - maybe some are dinner and others are lunch leftovers - they would come out to $4.50 each.


The protein choice for this on is ground lamb, along with various vegetables and yogurt. From your pantry, you add the basics and some flatbread.




Not sure what to make this week? Start here. This bundle is built around ground lamb from Deck Family Farm, paired with what's fresh right now: shiitake mushrooms, rainbow chard, beets, leeks, cabbage, potatoes, and pears. Add your yogurt and you've got a full week of dinners with no planning required.


Lamb & Mushroom Skillet Brown 1 lb ground lamb with sliced shiitakes and a leek. Add garlic and a big handful of rainbow chard. Season with salt, pepper, red pepper flake. Stir in raw yogurt off the heat. Serve over roasted potatoes. 25 minutes for a rich, clean meal.

Lamb-Stuffed Cabbage Rolls Blanch cabbage leaves, fill with seasoned ground lamb and sautéed onion, arrange in baking dish and simmer in a simple tomato broth. A classic — raw cream makes a great finish on top.

Pear & Lamb Flatbread Spread raw yogurt on flatbread, add crumbled cooked lamb, sliced pear and beet, caramelized leeks, and your cheese pick from this week's dairy. Heat in the oven to melt the cheese. 15 minutes to assemble.


TIPS: 1. Roast the potatoes while you prepare the rest. Add some beets for variety. 2. Brown all the lamb at once to simplify later meal prep. 3. Sauté all the leeks at once so you can add them easily later.
