High Summer Tour

Early August should be hot but not yet parched and smokey. Come see the various enterprises as they keep the animals growing and thriving in high summer weather. All our soil tending and water conservation efforts pay off in August with cool, humus-rich soil, shade for the creek, and rich grass. Come visit with Farmer John Deck for a tour of how it all works. At then end we'll sample items from the CSA and meet student farmers.
