All online orders are only estimates and we will respond to your order within 2 business days with the actual total.

Mixed Boxes
Our mixed boxes offer a sampling of cuts. For mixed boxes, you can order directly from the Mixed Box Section of Order Page and use the Google Checkout buy now tool. This is the quickest and most convenient method to place an order as there is only one step involved!

Grass-fed Beef Order Sheet
Our cows have access to pasture 100% of the time from start to finish. We use no herbicides, pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, or synthetic nitrogen fertilizers.

Pastured Pork Order Sheet
In addition to full pasture access our pigs are fed raw milk, organic produce seconds, nuts, pears, apples, and grain (corn, oats, soy). We raise Hampshire-Duroc crosses known for their superior marbling and flavor. Items marked with a * are cured with nitrates. We are working on providing a nitrate-free cure.

Lamb Order Sheet
We are proud to offer Cattail Creek Lamb. Located less than one mile from our farm, Cattail Creek lambs graze exclusively on pesticide free pastures and are never given hormones, subtherapeutic antibiotics, or GMO feed. Cattail Creek Lamb is Food Alliance Certified.

Poultry Order Sheet
Our chickens are raised on pasture in moveable pens. Large chickens weigh between 4 and 7 lbs and small chickens weigh between 2 1/2 to 4 lbs each. Please enter the total number of pounds of chicken of each size class you would like.
