Deck Family Farm offers several ways to order our products. These options are customized to suit a range of needs:

Receive a built-in 20% discount off of retail prices for all orders. Free local delivery and best for ongoing customers.

Save 30% or more off of retail prices by buying sides. Animals are slaughtered onsite.

Conveniently packaged mixed meat boxes perfect for sampling our product, gifts, or shipping.

Retail
Please see our online order form to fill out an order. You may also view a hardcopy pricelist (PDF) and call or mail your order to us. We verify all orders with you before filling them. Retail orders can be picked up on the farm or delivered. After you make your selections, we will bill you for the total. You may pay by check or if you wish to pay by credit card you can send you a Google Email Invoice.

You join the CSA by paying $300, which acts as a credit for all future purchases of grassfed beef, pastured pork, lamb, and chicken of which you recieve the wholesale price (20% off retail price).
Supporting our CSA allows us to anticipate your needs and helps us to bring you fresher product. Please see our online order form or hardcopy retail pricelist for our cut selection and retail prices. We welcome CSA members to visit our farm as often as you like.
We will deliver for free to your home (in Eugene or Corvallis) for a minimum 20 lb order. We also offer free delivery, with a 10 lb minimum order, to the Eugene Saturday Market, and starting in 2008, the Portland Farmers Market.
Delivery Options:
- Home Delivery: Free delivery to your home in Eugene area. Minimum 20 lbs order.
- Eugene or Portland Farmers Market: Call during the week for a pickup at Saturday Market in Eugene or Portland Farmers Market. Call Monday to include lamb in order for Saturday. Minimum 10 lbs order.
- Out of Town: Shipping via UPS at $1/lb, $20 minimum charge.
- Ranch pick-up: By Arrangement.
Sides
We sell sides of pork, beef, lamb, & goat. This is the most inexpensive method of buying meat from us as you save 30% or more off of retail prices. Animals are slaughtered on our farm and processed at a State Approved facility nearby where you pick up your product. Price is $3/lb hanging weight for hogs (1/2 or whole), $2.75/lb hanging weight for beef (1/4, 1/2, or whole), and $4/lb hanging weight for lamb and goat (whole only). You pay the cut & wrap charges at the butcher. Reserving any side requires a $200 deposit, which you pay by mailing a check or money order to "Deck Family Farm".

Mixed Pasture Boxes
We hand-select a range of cuts for our mixed pastured meat boxes, which we have available year-round. If you are in the Eugene/Junction City, we can deliver for free or to the Portland State Univerity Market during the Market Season. We ship UPS ground to Northern California, Oregon, and Washington. Please choose the appropriate shipping option when you checkout for shipped orders. Please call if you would like delivery to another area of the country. Note, to CSA customers... you may order any of our mixed meat boxes while in our CSA program and we will give you the CSA discounted price on all the cuts if it is lower than the mixed meat box price.

Our shipping is via UPS ground to Northern California (north of Monterey), Oregon, and Washington State. We also ship outside this area or via air for an additional charge. Boxes are shipped Monday or Tuesday of the week following the order and will arrive frozen within two days.

Frequently Asked Questions Concerning Ordering and Shipping
How does the meat stay frozen? We use cold packs and/or dry ice and insulated shipping containers.
What do I do with the insulated shipping box? If you do not have a way to recycle or use the insulated shipping box, let us know, and we will generate a return shipping label (no cost to you) so we can use the box again. Local CSA customers that get delivery please leave your latest empty box at your designated pick-up spot and we will re-use the box.
